My hands-down, favorite development project in Philadelphia is Riverwalk.
It is right on the Schuylkill trail, at 23rd and Cherry.
It has, in the first tower alone, over 340 absolutely, must see, to die for apartments.
Floor to ceiling windows.
Kitchens that if you cook in, it’s amazing, and if you don’t cook in, that is the sexiest looking kitchen you will ever see in the history of the world.
Bathrooms, elegant, amazing.
Fifty-thousand square feet of amenities.
Fifty-thousand square feet. How many football fields fit in fifty-thousand square feet? I don’t know, but I think it’s a lot.
It really is an urban country club, with parking and a giant supermarket.
Why am I so excited about this Giant supermarket? Because it has restaurants in it, it has Starbucks, you got sixty beers on tap. And, of course there’s parking.
There is nothing like it. Once you are there you won’t really want to leave.
Outside pool, are you kidding me? All overlooking the Waterworks.
You actually feel like you’re on vacation when you live at Riverwalk.
Q: Tell me about Riverwalk.
A: Riverwalk Philadelphia is made up of two beautiful, sparkling towers that sit right on the Schuylkill River Trail. They were built in 2020 and together, they house over 700 luxury 1- and 2- bedroom apartments, over 50,000 square feet of the best amenities in Philadelphia, and over 75,000 square feet of on-site retail space. Here, “luxury apartment living” means beautiful interiors, desirable locations, and all the comfort and convenience that come with the best amenities in the city.
Q: What are your favorite features of the Riverwalk Philadelphia apartments?
A: The architects, builders, and designers thought about every little detail in these gorgeous 1 BD / 1 BA and 2 BD / 2 BA units, but I do have a few favorite features. I love the marble bathrooms, the glass door showers, and the beautiful waterfall kitchen islands. But I think my favorite thing must be the sparkling floor-to-ceiling windows. They let in so much natural light and feature the most incredible views of the river, the Philadelphia Art Museum, and the city skyline,
Q: What amenities can Riverwalk residents access?
A: In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, more people are working remotely and spending more time at home. For many people, it’s more important than ever to love where you live, and have access to everything you need without having to travel far. At the same time, you don’t want to feel restricted and cooped up. This is one reason Riverwalk is so special: With more than 50,000 square feet of amenity space, everything Riverwalk residents could possibly need or want is truly just an elevator ride away. So, residents can stay safe and comfortable while enjoying the amenities Riverwalk has to offer.
Stay healthy and active – There is a state-of-the-art fitness center, basketball, tennis, volleyball and squash courts, yoga, meditation, and Peloton cycling studios, and a rooftop infinity pool.
Work from home without missing a beat – There are also a number of features that make it really easy, and also really fun, to work remotely from Riverwalk apartments. There are sleek, modern co-working spaces as well as individual private office pods.
Every modern convenience – There’s also resident parking and storage on-site, in-unit laundry, a 24-hour front desk and maintenance, and pet care available.
Q: How is the ground floor retail space of Riverwalk being used?
A: The retail spaces make it so Riverwalk apartment residents practically never have to leave the building. There is a 2-story, 65,0000 square foot flagship Giant Supermarket, which sells wine and beer and offers door-to-door delivery service for residents. There’s also a Sweetgreen Outpost, Saladworks, Hissho Sushi Bar, Mission Taqueria, and Starbucks on-site.
Q: Where is Riverwalk Philadelphia located?
A: Riverwalk is made up of two buildings located at 2301 John F. Kennedy Blvd., and 60 North 23rd Street. This location is great because it is so much right here. Riverwalk is located in the up-and-coming West Rittenhouse neighborhood, which is popular with young professionals due to its proximity to universities, hospitals, the Art Museum, and more. It’s just a few minutes walk from:
- all of the skyscrapers on Market Street in the business district
- beautiful Rittenhouse Square
- the Art Museum, Barnes Foundation, Franklin Institute, and Academy of Natural Sciences
- 30th Street Station
- And Penn, Drexel, CHOP, and HUP in University City Or take a stroll to the farmer’s market in beautiful Rittenhouse Square Park.
Riverwalk Philadelphia’s location makes it perfect housing for young professionals as well as graduate students, law school students, and medical students at the nearby universities.
Best of all, it is right on the water, which means that residents have direct access to Schuylkill River Path, where they can walk, run, bike along the river.
Given its incredible apartments, amenities, and locations, Riverwalk truly is an urban oasis.
