My hands-down, favorite development project in Philadelphia is Riverwalk.
It is right on the Schuylkill trail, at 23rd and Cherry.
It has, in the first tower alone, over 340 absolutely, must see, to die for apartments.

Kitchens that if you cook in, it’s amazing, and if you don’t cook in, that is the sexiest looking kitchen you will ever see in the history of the world.
Bathrooms, elegant, amazing.
Fifty-thousand square feet of amenities.
Fifty-thousand square feet. How many football fields fit in fifty-thousand square feet? I don’t know, but I think it’s a lot.
It really is an urban country club, with parking and a giant supermarket.
Why am I so excited about this Giant supermarket? Because it has restaurants in it, it has Starbucks, you got sixty beers on tap. And, of course there’s parking.
There is nothing like it. Once you are there you won’t really want to leave.

Q: Tell me about Riverwalk.
A: Riverwalk Philadelphia is made up of two beautiful, sparkling towers that sit right on the Schuylkill River Trail. They were built in 2020 and together, they house over 700 luxury 1- and 2- bedroom apartments, over 50,000 square feet of the best amenities in Philadelphia, and over 75,000 square feet of on-site retail space. Here, “luxury apartment living” means beautiful interiors, desirable locations, and all the comfort and convenience that come with the best amenities in the city.
Q: What are your favorite features of the Riverwalk Philadelphia apartments?
A: The architects, builders, and designers thought about every little detail in these gorgeous 1 BD / 1 BA and 2 BD / 2 BA units, but I do have a few favorite features. I love the marble bathrooms, the glass door showers, and the beautiful waterfall kitchen islands. But I think my favorite thing must be the sparkling floor-to-ceiling windows.
