Every day, I’m reminded of these lessons, and not a day goes by where I’m not influenced by his wisdom. From putting the client’s needs and wants first, to delivering great results, I’ve been able to grow this business thanks to my late father, M. Max Alperin.

How did I get into real estate?

Oh my goodness, I was born into real estate.

Maxwell Realty was started by my late father over fifty years ago.

So, at age twelve, I went to work!

My dad passed so many amazing things on to me that beyond invaluable.

There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t use everything he really told me on the first day that I started working.

My business was started over fifty years ago by my late father, and the rest is history.
