What I’m most proud of is helping people. We all exist to make an effect. And if I can affect someone’s life where they walk away from a settlement table happy as both a buyer and a seller, that’s what I’m most proud of.
I love working with first-time buyers because you see that Hallmark-like little moment in the eye, where they go, “Oh my gosh, this is the right one! How am I going to pay for it?”
Or you see that investor even that walks in and says, “You know, I can make these numbers work.”
Where you see someone that says, “I want to buy this property this lot.” And 18 and a half months later, boom! You’re selling that best piece of new construction, hopefully with the 10-year tax abatement in Philadelphia, to that new couple.
So I’m most proud of any time I get to help someone really have a dream come true.
