Built in 1800, this 1829 Delancey Street house features picturesque federal architecture. The Delancey blocks of 1800, 2000, and 2100 are composed mostly of civil-war era, “federal” houses, with a typical front-brick exterior, semicircle marble above doorways, and white marble trim all around.
